Wacky for Khaki

Khaki pants have been around forever! It has been the standard uniform for most jobs. Well guess what? They are no longer designated to boy scouts and catholic school students. A main trend for Fall 2010 has been military. And the color palette: neutrals. I grabbed a great pair of comfy, khaki, Kensie skinny pants from TJ’s last week. The best part? They were dangling from the clearance rack. Since khaki is a neutral color, it can be paired so many different ways! Throw on a colorful jacket or sparkly top to spice up your look or rock all earth tones with a camel colored cape, brown boots, and a chunky necklace.

Balmain, Gucci, and DSquared2 threw some khaki gems on the runway this fall.

I paired my khaki pants with a colorful, silk Kensie top, a leather jacket, a fur shrug, and my black leather military boots. Perfect look for a chilly fall day.

David Jones model, Nicole Trunfio was spotted at the Sydney airport wearing some skinny, khaki pants similar to mine. So chic!
